Normalize common Markdown spacing and line structure locally without rendering or executing the content.

Method
The formatter normalizes line endings, removes trailing whitespace, regularizes heading and list-marker spacing, and collapses excessive blank lines. Fenced code blocks are preserved as blocks rather than reformatted internally.
Worked example
A heading written without a space after its marker and list items written without a marker space are normalized to conventional Markdown spacing.
Privacy
The Markdown stays in the browser and is not rendered or executed.
Limitations
This is not a full CommonMark/GFM parser. Complex nested lists, tables, inline HTML, unusual extensions, or malformed fenced code may require a specialized formatter.
