Method

The validator parses quoted fields and escaped double quotes, uses the first row as the column-count reference, and checks each following row for the same number of fields.

Worked example

A header with two columns followed by rows such as Ada,"one, two" and Lin,three validates successfully with two data rows.

Privacy

The CSV stays in the browser.

Limitations

This validates structural consistency only. It does not infer data types, enforce a business schema, detect semantic errors, or guarantee compatibility with every CSV dialect.
